Cancelation Policy Strictly Enforced

A credit card is required to schedule online. In the event you do not cancel giving 24 hours notice, or do not show up to your appointment 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to your card. Please call the salon at 915-351-4061 to cancel or you can cancel through your confirmation text. 

Refund Policy

For products refunds or exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase on unused merchandise.  For services rendered refunds are not available. Adjustments can be made to hair or nails if contacted within a week of service rendered. For hair services individuals must be using suggested haircare to guarantee integrity of hair and/or service.
